As we are a small startup, we still need help with the shipping so we use a platform called Easyship that helps us to get the cheapest and fastest possible shipping for you. We will continue to improve upon this process as we grow because we know how important fast and cheap shipping is! There will be different shipping rates for different timelines and carriers upon checkout.


This helps to give you maximum transparency, while having the best freedom of choice if you want to choose faster shipping options! 


How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, excluding pre orders (although we will try to fulfill all orders as quickly as we can).

Returns 
We offer free returns on all items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To be eligible for the return, the refund process needs to be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be added to your Alo Potentia account.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@alopotentia.com.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
